Elegant, Nautical NYC Wedding. Lian and Jean-Francois.

Jean-Francois and Lian were born half a world away from one another in France and in China. Years later they would meet another world away in New York City. The travels that led them together inspired a nautical wedding theme. They were married at The Water Club, a restaurant designed like a boat that is located on the East River in New York City. "The Captain" oversaw their vows, which of course incorporated the ship and sea theme.

The wedding brought together friends and family from around the world and Jean-Francois and Lian made sure they felt welcomed and enjoyed themselves from beginning to end. Jean-Francois waited at the front door of The Water Club to greet every single guest as they entered for the affair and throughout the day the couple spent a bit of quality time with each of them. Though the dance floor saw a lot of action throughout the day the real show was the first dance as Lian donned a stunning red dress and they broke out a choreographed number they had been rehearsing for months.

Lian and Jean-Francois, wishing you a lifetime of adventures side-by-side. Thank you for letting me be a part of this one. Congratulations!
