Brooklyn Botanic Garden Wedding

Groom in blue suit holds hand of bride in white dress with a cape in front of a row of trees in Brooklyn Botanic Garden

Yasmin and John had an absolutely stunning summer wedding at the Brooklyn Botanic Gardens. It was classy and romantic, and the gardens were at peak summer bloom.

Yasmin wore a dress from Sarah Seven that was topped off with the best item of clothing I’ve ever photographed in my life: a perfectly flowy, etherial cape. It caught the wind in such an elegant way and made me wish that capes were a must-have for wedding attire. They held their ceremony in front of the fountain and columns in the Osborne Garden. We spent some time near the rose gardens and the cherry esplanade for portraits before making our way to the Atrium for the reception. The evening was full of heart-felt speeches, tender moments, lots of laughs, and joyful dancing.

The Brooklyn Botanic Gardens is one of my favorite wedding venues in Brooklyn, with the gorgeous backdrops and wonderful reception spaces. I loved sharing this beautiful space with such an amazing couple for their wedding day.
